We are looking to secure a long term whenua leasehold for residential development and organic farming on the peninsula. Ideally, it would be a 20 year lease, or 4 x 5 year lease contract, with at least 1 hectare of land for our use. We are happy to pay upfront lumpsum or yearly once agreed. Pricing on the land available is starting from $2000 per year + rates and upwards. Also provides lump sum payments in advance for set lease period.
