My partner and I are looking to purchase a small plot of land, perhaps 800m2 or so? in the Whatawhata, Orini, Gordonton,Puketaha,Te Awamutu, Te Kawa, or other areas close to Hamilton(perhaps 40 minute commute max) so we can purchase and place a Tiny Home on the site and live there fulltime. We are fulltime professional people, in our 50's wanting to live our semi rural dream.
Power should be close to boundary and the plot should be as flat as possible. Bush or scenic outlook a bonus!
Out Tiny Home would be fully consented (septic tank sewerage) and can also install our own water storage.
Ideally internet coverage-wireless is fine.
We would negotiate a price with you but ideally looking at the mid to high 200k-300k range.
