We are looking at purchasing a block freehold or leasing a long-term, ideally 20 years, leasehold from Whanau Trust (Maori Leasehold). All block sizes will be considered. Money to be paid annually upfront including GST or over set period, as agreed. Annual Leaseholds starting from $2,000 per year or lump sum payments of $40,000 to $50,000, as agreed.
